Local

Toronto and the GTA

Toronto

We pick up and drop off anywhere in the city, including Downtown, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, East York, York, Midtown, The Beaches, Leslieville and High Park. That covers local rides to the vet, the groomer and daycare, and home pickup for air moves.

Inner GTA: price on screen

Local trips get an instant price when at least one end is in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham or Richmond Hill, and the trip is under 60 km. Enter both addresses in the quote form and you see the price straight away.

Wider GTA: custom quote

We also go to Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Caledon, King, Aurora, Newmarket, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa. These trips get a custom quote, sent by email within 24 hours.

Trips over 60 km

Longer trips go by road to cities within a day's drive (see below). Choose "My pet goes by road to another city" in the quote form.

Pearson airport cargo

Pets flying as cargo do not go through the passenger terminal. Both airlines take pets at their cargo buildings in Mississauga:

  • WestJet Cargo: 2710 Britannia Rd E, Mississauga, ON. Cargo Area 2, door 6 (dnata), open 24/7.
  • Air Canada Cargo: 2580 Britannia Rd E, Mississauga, ON. Door 50 (far right), open 24/7.

We drive pets there from anywhere in Toronto and the GTA, and collect them there when they land. See airport pet transport.

By road

Cities within a day's drive

Door to door by road between the Toronto area and Ottawa, Montreal, Kingston, London, Windsor, Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie, and other places in between. A private trip: no other pickups on the way.

By air

Routes from Toronto Pearson

We move pets between Toronto and Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax, Regina, Saskatoon, St. John's, Montreal, Ottawa, Kelowna, Victoria, Quebec City, Thunder Bay, Charlottetown, Deer Lake and Fort McMurray, in both directions, with home pickup or delivery in the Toronto area.

On every air route your pet flies as airline cargo. We choose the flight and the timing that are easiest on your pet.

In Toronto we do the driving: home pickup and Pearson cargo check-in for pets leaving, and pickup at Pearson cargo with delivery home for pets arriving. At the other end, someone you choose collects your pet at the airline's cargo office at the destination airport, and we send them the address, the opening hours and the air waybill number.

Service area questions

Do you pick up pets outside Toronto?
Yes. We pick up across the GTA. Trips with one end in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham or Richmond Hill get a price on screen. For Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Caledon, King, Aurora and other towns further out, we send a custom quote within 24 hours.
Can you drive my pet to another city?
Yes, within a day's drive of Toronto: Ottawa, Montreal, Kingston, London, Windsor, Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie, and other places in between. We do not drive across the country. Long drives are hard on pets, and for cities further away a flight is faster and calmer.
Do you deliver pets to homes in other cities?
For pets coming to Toronto, we collect your pet at Pearson cargo and deliver anywhere in Toronto and the GTA. For pets leaving Toronto by air, someone you choose collects your pet at the airline's cargo office at the destination airport, and we send them the address, the opening hours and the air waybill number. By road, we go door to door to cities within a day's drive.
My city is not on your list. Can you still help?
Yes. Get a price and we will plan the move with you.
